Brinkburn Music Festival Menu 2008

Brinkburn Music has teamed up with Made in Northumberland to create our festival menus and to run our coffee shop.

All produce at the festival will be sourced from Northumberland wherever possible and will be freshly prepared daily for your enjoyment.

We are pleased to offer

• a sit-down buffet 3 course meal at a reserved table in the marquee
• afternoon tea on Sunday 6^th July
• a coffee shop service in the marquee serving light snacks, teas and coffees

NB Small parties may be asked to share a table.

When you arrive

Please make your way to the festival marquee.

If you have ordered the sit-down buffet, you will be shown to your table and served with a choice of starters. You will then go to the buffet to be served with your main course. There will always be a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian option. You will be served with a choice of desserts at your table. You may want to buy drinks from the bar to enjoy with your meal.

Made in Northumberland - the finest local produce

The Made in Northumberland project, part of Northumberland Tourism, aims to increase the range of locally produced goods offered to visitors, to promote them better, and to support tourism businesses in accessing and marketing the great products created on their doorsteps.  Made in Northumberland creates opportunities for food outlets and food producers, retailers, artists and craftspeople to work together in new ways, learn new skills to grow their business and gain a greater understanding of the rich diversity of county produce.
